THE YOGA

Super Karma Yoga at Art in the Park is truly community yoga. We practice as a community to heal our community. Our space is welcoming, beautiful & relaxing and charged with very loving energy. We hold no "right" way of being a yogi, meaning all ranges of fitness, ages, attire, payment, timeliness and intention are welcome. Are one and only rule is that Kindness be your guide in all interactions with the space, each other and yourself while at Art in the Park.

We offer a range of classes from the physical to mellow, some with a spiritual flair and others more centered in the body only. We are blessed with amazing teachers who offer their experience and wisdom in Hatha, Bollywood Dance, MFR release classes, Parent & Kids Yoga and other healing workshops & events.

Sabrina's classes are challenging Kundalini yoga sets or Kriyas full of great music & energy. Kundalini is a very powerful and efficient form of yoga that incorporates breathwork, mantras, meditation and active exercises as well as poses. All classes run 90 min. unless otherwise noted. Every class is open to all levels and many modifications are offered. Kundalini yoga is for Every BODY.
