THE YOGA

If you are in L.A. join Sabrina for a challenging Kundalini yoga class full of great music & energy. Kundalini is a very powerful and efficient form of yoga that incorporates breathwork, mantras, meditation and active exercises as well as poses. All classes run 90 min. unless otherwise noted. Every class is open to all levels and many modifications are offered. Kundalini yoga is for Every BODY.
